Leadership & Organisational Requirements in a Crisis

This is the second in a series of papers on crisis leadership and looks in more detail at the specific qualities required from a crisis leader and how they should impact the organisational structure required to navigate any such crisis. A true crisis is one that threatens the very survival of an organisation, forcing leadership to step in and respond. Whilst this requires direct leadership, without the correct thinking beforehand it is almost impossible to build an appropriate response in the midst of the crisis.
